WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME ON ORDERS?

Personalised items are usually dispatched within 5-15 business days. (excluding busy periods such as Valentines Day, St. Patricks Day, Mother's & Father's Day, Easter, Halloween, Christmas etc.)

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Once your item has been made (5-15 business days average lead time) delivery takes a further 1-5 business days.

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?

Yes! We are based in Tallaght, Co. Dublin if you would like to collect from us. We will contact you once your item is ready to be collected and to arrange a time that suits you to collect. Please let us know if an arranged time needs to be changed so that we can ensure someone is available to meet you at that time. We cannot guarantee someone will be available if a time hasn't been arranged in advance.
